handling interpreters in *-snapper scripts (or snapcraft)

that will only work if there is only one single tool in your snap that
you call with that wrapper ... unless you make a wrapper for each single
py script, which is as much effort as sed'ing through the first line at
build time of the snap environment I guess ...
