Snappy image size

Hi,
iirc, we prefill both partitions (A and B) for our ARMHF prebuilt images,
because the first update would otherwise be super slow if we had to copy
the whole FS to the B partition on SD-cards.
It makes no difference on the total disk footprint of an install though...
