Access PWM, ADC and Mux I/O on beaglebone Black, using Snappy 15.04

Hi allHow to access PWM, ADC and Mux I/O on beaglebone Black, using Snappy 15.04?
I'm using snappy 15.04 on my BBB rev C. In the past, I could mux the GPIOs and peripherals in Angstrom, but I think there is some difference in Snappy and Angstrom structures.For instance, How can I configure the PWM duty cycle or drive the SPI MOSI to pin P3_20?
