snappy cannt access to http://webdm.local:4200/

Dear Snappy developers,
    Thanks for Snappy developers help.  I have ported snappy to my
board completly.I can run the apps which I installed from app store.but I
still cannt  cannt access to http://webdm.local:4200/.
