[Snappy ubuntu core ] boot was delay 1min 30s

I have checked initr.img.it can get right clock now.but my snappy still
some problems.
1,some time I can access to http://webdm.local:4200/ ,but all most times I
cannt access .but I always can access to http://board_ip:4200/,eg:
http://192.168.1.157:4200/.
2,I have installed hello-world app.but when run it on the board. it's faild.
