How to handle conffiles in snaps?

Thank you for referring the other one Kyle.
I opened https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/snapd/+bug/1611638 for
this issue to be tracked and discussed.
If there is some hidden one I couldn't find it, but things can be dup'ed
later if there was one hiding :-)

Thanks everybody for the great initial discussion.
I have things working via workarounds for now and am subscribed to all
related bugs I found to participate.
