Translations in Feisty

I recall that in the previous release cycle this process did not include
templates which have changed name, hence my question. In ubuntu-docs the
templates contain many of the same strings, but the templates have changed
name and there are a lot more of them.

If in this release cycle the process has been improved, then you can
safely ignore my question and I'll be patient :)
