Fuzzy Headers in downloaded PO file

Sometimes PO files become broken in Rosetta.
Open PO in gtranslator. If you have error message, see the number of error
line in PO file . After you know line number, open PO in Gedit and check the
syntax. Fix error in PO and open it in gtranslator again.
