Proposal for upstream-rosetta priority problem

Hi,

to use either the text color or the background color to indicate differences
from upstream is a great idea. Have you already filed a bug for that?

At one time, the background for some translations appeared yellow, like the
location bar in a https:// connection in Firefox. Was that a bug? Or did it
mean something?
