translation of application into language page is too long

Hi,

Can the translation of application into xxxxx page split up or group some 
template together please.
it is very long now, for me during the daytime I can see only half of the 
page then it stop only late at night that I can see upto Z template I use 
adsl 256/128 but may be only in the name. I live in chiangmai, thailand. 
Someone else might be worst than mine in more remote places.
