Who added all the applications (could be found in the world)
in our bn language.

I spoke to Carlos about this, it seems that a bug was fixed recently
which had been hiding all translations which were at 0%. This has
unfortunately meant that a lot of new templates have appeared which are
untranslated.
I hope this clarifies the situation. It's quite unfortunate that this
has happened at the last minute, and I understand your feeling, but it
is the same for us all.
