Creating translations for a new product

Maybe this slipped through the attention net, but I still can't add
translations to
> https://launchpad.net/products/dlcms
It says:
"Administrator help needed. Silva dLCMS has not yet been setup for
translation through Rosetta."
If there is something the product maintainer needs to do, please tell
me, but I can't seem to find anything.
Sorry for the dupe, maybe it was still on someone's to do-list, and
it's not ultra-urgent but I'd like to get it out of the way.
