Import failed :o(

I took a look at it and seems like the file is broken, look at the error

From the header of that file, it looks like a file exported from
Rosetta. Could you confirm that those errors were not produced by
Rosetta but by some manual edition?

Also, Tim, could you confirm that is not your upload that we were
registering it as uploaded by other user?

We are debugging your problem atm so if you could discard the option
that you upload is being masked as coming from other user that would be
helpful. It should not happen, but if it does, we have a bug here...
