New translation team

Do you think an Argentinian team is really needed? For more than ten
years, Argentinian translators of Free Software have worked in a unified
Spanish team for all Spanish variants.

I don't think Ubuntu should break this consensus, at least while
there's work to do on the neutral Spanish (es) translation team.

If there is some Spanish translation that sounds bad in Argentina, the
right  thing would be to fix it so it's acceptable both in Spain and
South America, as it's always been done. What do you think?
