Is rosetta a commercial software?

There is a similar project named Pootle (http://pootle.wordforge.org)  . The 
Debian community is going to enhance it and adopt it. I think it would be 
very very important to have such program in Arabeyes but more work should be 
done in QA because many team translation leaders in Rosetta complained about 
the quality of translation. Actually, the difficult involvement in Arabeyes 
has one advantage, it selects committed translators indirectly.
