Yes, that interface removed the need to copy translations by hand to
approve them.

Well, not yet. I think is better to add a way to sync daily with
whatever upstream has instead of handling that on demand. As a side
note, this will never remove anything translated in Rosetta unless a
translators choose to do that 'on demand'. We will just have
translations from upstream available and tagged that way, but if it's
override by a local translation, that one will take preference over
upstream, just like we do right now.
