OOO import from Breezy to Dapper wrong for Kurdish

That's already know and the bug is detected and fixed, now, we need to
'fix' Rosetta. The problem was with the procedure we use to generate a
new .po file.

I hope it will be fixed during next week, first we will remove all
translations that we added automatically leaving the ones added by
translators using Rosetta (either using the web or uploading .po files)
and after that, we will import again the fixed .po files with all
translations coming from upstream.
