OOO import from Breezy to Dapper wrong for Kurdish

Hi,

I just realized with horror that not only the help (
https://launchpad.net/products/rosetta/+bug/36711), but all OOo templated
that have been imported into Rosetta/Dapper from Rosetta/Breezy are wrong.
They all look 100% translated, but contain no translations, only the
original.

For an example have a look at
https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+source/openoffice.org/+pots/ooo-writer/ku/+translate

I can try to correct that manually by exporting the templates from Breezy
and importing them into Dapper, but that will not solve the problem, since
the templates have changed since.
