Careful with the review-breezy versions. They are a bit of a cockup. We
name them that way when the import script is not sure where they should go.

Carlos, I think it would be better for the importer just to log the
problem and *ignore* those potemplates that it is not sure about, rather
than creating the review-breezy-foo-x templates. We should then be able
to link up the templates by hand, and re-run the importer to get those.
