Okay, this is a good bit of information, I was just unsure about it.
I also just found out that I _am_ actually able to export PO files - one
of my main complaints was that I lately haven't found a working way to
export po files from Rosetta.
Whether it was because I've been in a wrong place or the fact that I
only recently uploaded my GPG key and signed the Code of Conduct (I'm
not sure if those affect any Rosetta functionality), I don't know, but
now the Download doesn't give me "no access rights" or "system error"
anymore.
Anyway, I hope a better documentation for Rosetta is on the todo-list.
I'm still a bit puzzled about these different translations in the same
"translation domain", but I'll go through the review-breezy version
still, export that and try to merge it to upstream.
