Hi,

lately I had some GNOME files translated offline with KBabel. When
uploading the translations back into Rosetta, I was surprised to see
that the translations were not automatically accepted, but appeared as
"suggestions". I then had to copy&paste each of them from the blue box.
That can be quite annoying if you translated 100 strings in a
4.000-translation-file.

Lately there was a discussion here about not letting everybody override
all the translation by importing some bugged file. Has something changed
since? I do not think it is a good idea to convert all the translations
of approved translators into "suggestions" that have to be approved again.

Regards,
Erdal
