postgresql 8.0 .pot and .po files ready for upload

For something different I thought that I would look at the .pot and .po
files for postgresql.  They are sitting at
http://www.rtklib.org/rosetta/postgresql-8.0/ Be warned that there are
ten different .pot files; initdb, libpq, pg_config, pg_controldata,
pg_ctl, pg_dump,  pg_resetxlog, pgscripts, postgress, and psql.  These
range in size form ~100 to ~2500 message strings.
