Big problem

Hi,

There is a big problem on rosetta

Translation's boxes (textarea) with a predefined rows > 2 (like : <textarea rows="4" name="set_508400_translation_fr_0" tabindex="15">) are very weird : there are many spaces added.

For example, test on the first textarea of https://launchpad.ubuntu.com/products/ddtp-ubuntu/05.10/+pots/ddtp-packages-main/fr/+translate?offset=9

When you enter any caracter, like "a", it appear "                        a"

it's very annoying because when you save the modification, the boxes with this problem are considering like a translated string but there are untranslated.
