Rosetta PO export temporarily unavailable

We are doing changes that will be used in the future to resolve that bug
but it's not a priority for 1.0 release (in three weeks). We will give
some love to python projects in Rosetta and I suppose it includes your
request so I hope it will be implemented in a couple of months.
