New language packages aren't updated

This is not the list to talk about this issues because we cannot do
anything about it, the ubuntu developers are the ones that maintain the
Ubuntu's archive.


Anyway, are you sure it's a new language pack for Breezy? If it's not
available for breezy, I think it's for dapper the next development
version and that means that are different software versions and the
translation catalog could be different so I don't think you should
install it manually...
