New language packages aren't updated

Hi,

I have accidentally seen that  new language packets for Breezy have been
created on November, 30th. At least the Kurdish ones are not automatically
updated. I must download each one manually from the archives and install it
with dpkg. Why is this?

Yes, I will also file a bug.
