I see you've been approved already by one of your team leaders.

Any question regarding internal translation policies for a given
language are best directed at your translation mailing list.

In the Spanish case, the best place probably is
http://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-es-l10n
exists in Ubuntu's mailman server.

Hopefully your other team members can help you out regarding your
translation suggestions, glossary, etc.
