l10n bugs

Hi,

I would like to know where users should report localization bugs of an
Ubuntu distrib ?
Should they use bugzilla.ubuntu.com, or rather Malone ?

And against which package should they file the bug ? e.g. in French,
there is :
language-support-fr
language-pack-fr
language-pack-fr-base
language-pack-gnome-fr
language-pack-gnome-fr-base
(not to mention kde-fr and kde-fr-base)
