Can you set up XFCE for translations?

I'm sorry your request is taking a bit to be completed. Right now, I'm
trying to contact the XFce project admins to see if they have any
remarks before we import XFce in Rosetta. I'm not being too successful
on IRC for now.

Besides that, the two URLs you provided are empty, so it's going to take
a while to gather all the files and so.
