Is an error, I suppose that the problem is that you are using capital
letters or white spaces in the name field (it's the usual error.

We are going to improve soon the error feedback so you notice the error
instead of just show the system error string.

If it's still failing, just send us the data your are trying to
introduce so we can debug the problem.
