Bug tracker system ready to be used for Rosetta

Hi, as part of launchpad platform, we have a bug tracking system called
Malone. From now, any bug report or feature request you want to file
against Rosetta could be filed there.

Malone it's also new so feel free to file bugs against it with any bug
you found or any request you think will make it be better.

P.S.: The login information is exactly the same as in Rosetta, in fact
if you are logged in Rosetta it should not ask you to login again.
