sorry for not using the wiki, looks like I'm doing something wrong and can't 
log in. So I'll write my endorsement right here:

General Feedback:
During karmic, I've sponsored a number of FTBFS fixes for Ilya, which were all 
top notch. I'm especially impressed that Ilya is a quick learner. For 
example, after I first asked about forwarding changes to Debian, I saw a bug 
open (with patch attached) for the next FTBFS I sponsored in BTS already. 
This also holds true for technical details I (rarely though) pointed out. I 
never needed to point out the same thing twice.

I think Ilya will be an excellent addition for the MOTU team!

Specific Experiences of working together:
I'll just randomly pick adonthell (428270). Like many other uploads I 
sponsored, perfect on first review.

Areas of Improvement:
I wrote Ilya to apply for MOTU some time ago already :P.
