As I am not a MOTU, but am I a u-u-c myself, I am not that I can give
my opinion or not, but in the doubt I will (wearing my MOTU Mentoring
Reception Coordinator hat on).
Charliej has been really helpful since the beginning of his involvment
in the team, always kind with everyone, working hard, very
proactive... I think his involvment in the MOTU community is clear,
and that is why I am happy to give him my +1  :)
