Just a note about packages being uploaded in the deep freeze - the
archive admins accept universe packages on the basis of what they're
told by the MOTU release team, at least in the latter stages.  ScottK
and such did a great job in the weeks leading up to the Intrepid Ibex
release, requesting certain packages be accepted/rejected, from
#ubuntu-release.  While you guys can't accept packages directly, you
could by proxy, and it didn't seem to block people at all (from what I
saw, anyway!)
