OK, so I was looking at the correct email earlier. Just to let you know, I 
believe that 1-4 has been accomplished in that list in your email from 
December. 3 is the LP issue in which if his account was revoked, it doesn't 
stop him from recreating a new account, which we have gone over earlier. With 
3, instead of revoking the account we merged it instead because he had already 
proved what he would do if we revoked his account.
