I am happy to give my +1 for Gaspa's application.

Andrea is an outstanding developer and a great person. He helped a lot
in Ubuntu and is doing great things in Ubuntu-QA. He is eager to learn
new things, has a great commitment to work close to Debian, and is
always ready to help other contributors. His contributions are
top-quality, and I never had to fix anything in his own debdiffs.

In short, he well deserves to be accepted in Ubuntu Universe
Contributors, and I am sure he could do great things in the junior
mentoring program too.
