Hi!

About my abilities as translator, you can ask about them with Susana Pereira, 
administrator of ubuntu portugal translators - https://launchpad.net/~susana, 
she had approved me long time ago, before I do some translations.

So I can't even participate in Debian even if DD's accept my patches/NMU's. Ok.. 
I thought only Ubuntu was included. I don't like it, but I must accept it.
