A well deserved +1 from me. I have sponsered many uploads for Siegfried, as well as merged many changes from him into the ubuntu-dev-gtools package, and not once did I have to ask him to rework a packaging fix, or change something in his bzr branch. I believe Siegfried will be a great addition to the MOTUs.
