    Thank you for your persistance.  I'd like to encourage you to keep
at these activities, and further work extensively with a number of
MOTUs and the community.  Not all of your cc'd sponsors have
responded, but those who have all indicate that they don't have any
strong feeling for your work or community involvement.  Also, your
"Assigned Packages" page on launchpad (1) shows only a small number of
uploads, and is not itself a strong advertisement of a requirement to
be MOTU.

    Please note that joining MOTU is in no way a requirement to assist
with Ubuntu development: we have a very active sponsoring program, and
most submitted candidates are uploaded within a few days at most.
Some of our most active developers are not MOTU, and all Contributors
are welcome to attend MOTU Meetings, participage in discussions of
policy and feature goals, and even drive development targets.
