I disagree.

I just reviewed the last couple of uploads of system-config-printer,
hal-cups-utils, hplip and foomatic-db-hpijs and found not only good work
there, but good documentation of the changes as well. What I found
showed the signs of somebody who knows his stuff.

On a different note I've found Till to be an excellent maintainer in its
true sense: excellent contact with upstream, on top of bug reports,
excellent coordination.


+1 from me.


Regarding the broken pre-freeze upload: I don't think it's reasonable at
all to hold it against Till in terms of his core-dev application.
