I'm very happy to see you working in the MOTU team like that and have
little doubts about your packaging experience and your technical skills.
Also, I appreciate that you are, by doing reviews, helping out with
getting new MOTUs up to scratch.

Some weeks ago you asked me to mentor you to find your way easier into
MOTU processes and so on; how well do you think your understanding of
Ubuntu's processes is now? As we only exchanged a few emails and talked
a bit on IRC: how did you learn about all those and did you encounter
any things we should improve?
