call for votes: KDE4 uploads to universe

/me votes for this one, for the following reasons:
- no intent to support the packages post feisty:
  This will imo have a bad impact on universe. Either these packages are not
  being used by many people, then there won't be benefits in having them in
  the distribution, or they are used by a wide audience, then it'll lead to
  more work for the MOTU crew or a bad impression from the state of universe 
  by its users.

- no upgrade path planned for feisty + 1
  This won't make supporting these packages easier.

However since such a decision will have a big impact not just for universe, 
but for kubuntu as well, I'd suggest to bring this topic again before TB, 
regardless of the outcome.
