I can't talk for the period before September c.y. as I was still a contributor
then but I agreed wholeheartedly with Emmet as far as the last couple of
months are concerned.
I have not seen any mass filing of bugs to the sponsors queue, and, as Emmet
is pointing out, the only problem I have seen is that Marco has sometime
difficulties to explain clearly the reasoning behind some of the requests;
once that is clarified the "quality" of the bugs which I have seen filed were
at the same level as those from other contributors.
