    I can't effectively answer this, as I don't have metrics.  On a
purely subjective level, and regarding only bugs I encountered in the
last couple months, I find that it takes me much longer to figure out
the reasoning behind the request than for the majority of other
contributors, but once the reasoning is understood (which may require
discussion with Marco), the time requirements are similar in terms of
checking the patch and either commenting or uploading.
