upgrading to trusty ubuntu touch images

Maybe I missed an announcement somewhere, but it seems:
phablet-flash ubuntu-system --no-backup --channel trusty
gets you the latest promoted trusty image, and
phablet-flash ubuntu-system --no-backup --channel trusty-proposed
gets you the latest bleeding-edge trusty image. Hopefully saves some
time in flashing your devices. If you cross compile, remember to
regenerate your chroot too!
