Dropping raring support

Stability. All pre-release distros break at some point so I do not allow 
them on my main desktop.

And while I have saucy machines too, I would really like to be able to 
do most of my work on the desktop (raring). Seems feasible with the 
FTBFS fix landing soon.

I will happily "own" raring support if anyone thinks it's a chore.
