  * debian/gbp.conf: Added git-buildpackage config file.

  * debian/control:
    + Added quilt build-dep.
    + Use my debian.org email address.
    + Upped Standards-Version.
    + Removed duplicate Priority fields.
  * debian/rules:
    + Removed unncessary comments.
    + Include update-patches.mk.
    + Include quilt.mk.
    + Added {,un}patch target calls.
  * debian/patches/: Regenerated using update-patches.mk.
  * debian/watch: Added dversionmangle option to remove .debian from
    upstream version.
  * debian/libosso1.postinst: Added set -e to not ignore errors.
