[Maas-devel] Strange behaviour with MAAS DNS

Hey guys, we hit this bug today or yesterday, and while Samantha and I
are now EOW I wanted to be sure that this at least got a look and see
if you could offer suggestions for a workaround:

I think, after reading a different bug tied to 1.7.0 that Sam found,
this is an issue with MAAS not refreshing the DNS zone files.  I don't
have that bug number handy but it's my understanding that it IS
resolved in 1.7.1, just not 1.5.4.

I'd really like to move our OpenStack HA project to 1.7.1, but we cant
do that really until it's been released.  We've been asked by several
different people (from different OEMs) about when 1.7.1 will be
available for production use, so any idea when?

It's my understanding that 1.7.1 RC2 is now in testing.

Anyway, thanks for the advice on the DNS issues.
