[Maas-devel] Developers, please watch the CI builds

CI build failure notifications are sent to the maas-builds mailing list.  All 
developers should be keeping an eye on failures to make sure that your landing 
branches are not breaking it.

Most if not all of you are already part of the right LP team, but you need to 
visit https://launchpad.net/~maas-builds and subscribe to the mailing list 
there.

There are the occasional spurious failures which we're weeding out slowly, but 
most failures these days are genuine.

The utopic tests are currently failing on boot import.  I am guessing, Blake, 
that something you've changed recently needs updating in the lab tests.
