[Maas-devel] curtin disk setup wish list

Have curtin optionally wipe additional disks to model how VMs and clouds
work (ephemeral disks are wiped after machine is terminated).

We've encountered charm bugs (openstack storage charms) related to how they
handle disks with previous data on them, and the charms should handle this,
but it would be nice to have MaaS/curtin wipe drives to provide a pristine
machine each time it's allocated.
